Те се намират или в 2-етажна основна сграда или в 7 допълнителни корпуса, издигащи се на максимум 2 етажа. Рецепцията в комплекса работи 24 часа в денонощието, като е предвидено и 24-часово обслужване при настаняване и освобождаване на стаите. Към удобствата спадат гардероб и гише за обмяна на валута. Безжичният интернет в общите части позволява на почиващите постоянна връзка с глобалната мрежа. Ваканционният комплекс разполага със следните заведения за хранене: ресторант, зала за хранене и бар. Магазини също са на разположение на гостите. Всичко това се допълва от градина. Към допълнителните удобства на курорта спадат сепаре с телевизор и кът за игра. Пристигналите с автомобил могат да ползват паркинга на хотелската база. Към екстрите, които са на разположение на гостите, спадат детегледачка, лекарски кабинет, обслужване по стаите, пералня и фризьорски салон.
