Nestled in the historic heart of Conversano, a charming town renowned for its art, this hotel occupies a meticulously restored medieval court. Perched on a hilltop just 8 km from the sea, and conveniently close to the iconic 'trulli' and 'grottoes', it offers a unique blend of history and modern comfort. Once home to Sybil Hauteville, wife of Robert Curthose, the son of William the Conqueror, the former palace now houses elegant suites, rooms, and apartments. Original stonework, whitewashed plaster, barrel vaults, and wooden beams create an atmosphere of timeless charm. The attention to detail throughout seamlessly blends the antique and the modern, resulting in a luxurious and harmonious guest experience.
